Alright, let’s start at the beginning. The Root Chakra, also known as Muladhara, is our energy center located at the base of our spine.

  • Crystals: Crystals like red jasper and garnet can assist in grounding your energy. You can keep one at your desk, in your purse, or wear jewelry made with the stones.
